Returns & Exchanges

Because each piece is handmade and often one‑of‑a‑kind, I do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.
If your web purchase arrives damaged, or there is an issue with your item, please reach out within 7 days so I can help make it right.

Custom Orders

Custom pieces are created with care and collaboration.
A non‑refundable deposit is required before work begins.
Once a custom order is approved and in progress, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Shipping

I ship orders on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
All packages are sent through USPS unless otherwise noted.
Once your package is in transit, delivery times are outside my control, but tracking information will be provided when available.

Ornament Safety

Each of my no‑sew ornaments is crafted using a large number of straight pins — anywhere from 100 to over 700 pins, depending on the design. These pins are secured inside the ornament, but the piece should always be treated as a decorative item, not a toy.

For safety, please keep all ornaments out of the reach of children and pets.
Menza’s Crafty Designs is not responsible for any injuries resulting from improper handling, display, or use of these ornaments.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After that, items have been shipped and cannot be canceled.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact me.
I’ll do everything I can to assist, but I cannot guarantee replacements for items lost by the carrier.

Processing Times

All website items are already completed and will ship on the next scheduled shipping day.

Custom orders have their own unique timelines.
Processing time is discussed during our collaboration and will depend on the design, materials, and scope of the project. I’ll always communicate clearly so you know exactly what to expect before work begins.
